Our ideal Marketing Manager is a creative individual, highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, and can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly. It requires multitasking and conscientiousness in meeting timelines and budget restraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and executing the marketing strategy of the company
  • Execute marketing projects end to end: ideation, implementation, tracking, and optimization
  • Build a plan and orchestrate social media and demand gen campaigns to align with marketing strategies (case studies, blogs, webinars, PR, newsletters, posts, etc.)
  • Growing and optimizing the B2B sales and marketing funnel (using tools like Hubspot)
  • Own the company's social media channels and web assets
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and data analyses enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Improve the company's messaging, existing marketing, and sales assets, and website maintenance 
  • Oversee and manage all paid media efforts
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Maintain ongoing communication with sales, partnerships, CS, operations, management, and external interfaces (customers & prospects)
  • Manage and prep for in-person events (conferences, trade shows, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in Global SaaS B2B Enterprise level marketing
  • Native English - required
  • Proven track record of marketing strategy execution, achieving objectives and KPIs across marketing channels & campaigns like content, webinars, events, PPC, social, etc.
  • Experience with the retail/eCommerce space is a big plus
  • Must be able to work in a highly agile environment, and able to grasp new concepts
  • Highly organized with a systematic mindset and approach to getting things done
  • Working with marketing & sales tools such as HubSpot and Google Console and alike
