The Operations Manager works closely with the Customer Success team to ensure swift onboarding of our brands to new sales channels. The Operations Manager will specialize in multiple eCommerce platforms and be an expert in our platform. S/he will:
- Plan and execute onboarding processes
- Provide support to the Customer Success Managers
- Ensure data accuracy
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide quick onboarding
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- High level or native English speaker
- Spreadsheets enthusiast
- eCommerce experience
