Description:

As a Director of Sales, you will structure, hire, shape, lead, and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for structuring, executing, and scaling our sales. We expect you to build your team and be a leader, who is in the trenches with the TEAM. You will work cross-functionally with our leadership TEAM to improve processes which will ultimately lead to cross-company amazing results!

  • Establish and execute scalable processes to drive best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail tech, B2B tech companies
  • 2+ years within a management role, ideally in sales or success roles
  • Proven ability to run and deliver results
  • Proven ability to scale
