As an Account Executive, you will be a key factor in growing the happy Cymbio partners rooster, while showing the value and capability of our platform to help brands grow their digital sales channels and automate their processes. You will target new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle, driving deals to eventually close. You will work collaboratively with our awesome(!) TEAM to nurture our growth and happiness of our brand partners.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Build relationships with brands and demonstrate the value that Cymbio generates for brands.
- Establish a strong understanding of the digital sales industry to position yourself as an expert in the space and within Cymbio.
- Be a strong relationship builder to prospective brands so that they know your name, our product, and the value that we can provide to their business
- Develop and deliver business plans and opportunities to fit the needs of each individual brand.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting
- Meet and exceed goals by managing a large pipeline of leads within various stages of the sales process
- Manage and document all sales activity to drive business growth along with process improvements
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive product development and team transparency
What we’d love to see:
- 2+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably within a eCom, retail or high-growth startup environment in an AE or sales capacity
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience utilizing sales and prospecting tools to track and maintain business leads and future deals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to build valuable relationships — “No” doesn’t scare you!
- You are self-motivated, hard working, and a true TEAM player
- Not a must but previous experience as a high-performing SDR is a plus!
