Customer Success Manager

Operations | IL Office | Full Time

We are looking for incredible Customer Success Managers. You will be the key point of contact for brands. This role takes ownership of the relationship once a brand is onboarded to our platform and works closely with the operations team to support the continued growth of the brand. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close contact with brands and provide training to new members of the brand teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities with existing businesses and act as an advisor for clients
  • Be the go-to resource for any questions for brands regarding our platform and services
  • Address any issues in a timely fashion
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback on our platform based on interactions with clients

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies 
  • Sales/retail experience
  • Knowledge in the US and/or EU retail & brand market  
  • Problem solver, who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvements
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
