Customer Success Manager

Operations | IL Office | Full Time

We are looking for incredible Customer Success Managers. You will be the key point of contact for brands and retailers. This role works closely with the sales team to take ownership of the relationship once a brand or retailer is onboarded to our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close contact with brands and retailers and provide training to new members of the brand/retailer teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities with existing businesses and act as an advisor for clients
  • Be the go-to resource for any questions for brands and retailers regarding our platform and services
  • Address any issues in a timely fashion
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback on our platform based on interactions with clients

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solver, who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • English - fluent
