We are looking for an incredible Customer Success Manager to lead and manage our Brand’s onboarding to the Cymbio platform. You will be the key point of contact for our Brands & Retailers and own the relationship once they become clients. You will work closely with the Operations Teams to ensure the continued growth of the brand. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & ensure quick and efficient onboarding of Brands  to the Cymbio platform
  • Account management of our Brands & Retailers to ensure they are provided full support from all internal teams for their day-to-day operations to run smoothly
  • Develop strong relationships with brands and act as a trusted advisor to each client
  • Analyze and identify opportunities within existing businesses and for new business opportunities
  • Be the go-to resource for any questions regarding our platform and services and provide training as needed
  • Address and resolve any issues in a timely fashion both directly with clients and with internal teams
  • Work internally to provide feedback on our platform and service offering based on client feedback

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies 
  • Sales/Retail experience
  • Technical background and understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - Advantage 
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal (native speaker level)
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • A team player with a can-do attitude 
  • Willingness to work primarily with US & European customers
